Exhibitor Set Up - Saturday October 6, 12 P.M. till 9 P.M
SHOW DATES AND TIMES
Sunday October 7 - 9 A.M. till 5 P.M.
Monday October 8 - 9 A.M. till 4 P.M.
Move out begins Monday 4 P.M.
Your booth package will consist of Booth Draping, 8' Rear Wall and 3' Side
Walls, one 11" x 44" Company Sign, One Bare Table 6'x2', One Chair and One Trash Can.
Electric hookup is NOT included but can be obtained from the convention center using a form that will be included in your information packet from Special Events Rentals.. Aisles will be carpeted but booths will not. If you want carpeting
in your booth,. you can bring it yourself or rent it through " Special Events Rentals ". (forms will be included).
Information on shipping your display material, renting additional tables,
chairs, fixtures, carpeting and forms for obtaining electric hookup from the
convention center will be included in the Exhibitor Kit you will receive from Special Events Rentals in the mail, or you may call them at 508-757-3397. In the interim, in order to facilitate this process, you may want to mark
down these phone numbers or print out this page with the following show
